Environmental Awareness and Sustainability

As outdoor industry professionals, our livelihoods and our hobbies depend on the outdoors, it is in our (and everyone else's) best interest to put a heavy focus on the protection and sustainability of our earth's naturals environments and everything they have to offer us. Without a clean and thriving natural environment, we are unable to effectively do our jobs or live our lives. A big focus has been put on sustainability and the idea of "leave no trace" throughout my college experience, due to the fact that majority of our time spent in the program is spent outdoors in nature.
